Shipping & turnaround

Last updated July 27, 2026

Two clocks run on every order: production time (how long we take to make your cards) and transit time (how long the carrier takes to deliver them). The date we promise is the ship date — the day your order leaves our shop.

Production time

Production time is counted in business days — Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The day you order does not count, so an order placed Tuesday starts its clock Wednesday. Pick your speed at checkout:

SpeedIn productionFee
Standard5–7 business daysIncluded
Express3–4 business days$10.00
Rush2–3 business days$25.00

Express and Rush buy you a place in the production queue, not faster delivery — the carrier still takes its usual transit time once the box is handed over.

The “ships by” date

Your cart and your confirmation email both show a Ships by date. It is the upper bound of the production window you chose, calculated on business days, so it is a promise we intend to beat rather than a best case. If anything is going to push us past it, we email you before that date rather than after.

Shipping, rates & tracking

We ship USPSwithin the United States. Rates are priced live for your exact address and package weight while you are in the cart, shown as one shipping & handling amount. You pay USPS's own package price — never more than the Post Office counter would charge for the same box — and never a made-up flat rate. We buy postage in bulk; the difference covers packing materials and handling.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is bought. Once a package is scanned in, delivery is in the carrier's hands; delays in the USPS network are not something we can control or refund, though we will always help you chase a lost package.

We do not ship internationally yet.

Wrong address, undeliverable & lost packages

Please double-check your address at checkout — we print the label exactly as entered. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will re-send it once you cover the second label. If tracking stops moving for more than a week, email us and we will open a case with USPS and make it right.

Damage in transit is covered — see returns & refunds. Report it within 14 days of delivery.
